In 2019, amidst the challenges of balancing multiple roles as a devoted mom to a son with Autism, an Army Combat Veteran Wife, and a dedicated special education teacher, I found myself feeling emotionally, physically and spiritually drained. It was during this time that Kundalini Yoga entered my life like a guiding light.

I stumbled upon this incredible practice through a friend’s inspiring Instagram post, and something within me urged me to give it a try. Little did I know that this decision would bring about a profound transformation in my life. Kundalini Yoga became my sanctuary, a space where I could reconnect with myself and rediscover the power within.

As I delved deeper into the practice, I experienced the remarkable impact it had on my overall well-being. It helped me replenish my energy, release stress, and find inner peace amidst life’s demands. The practice of Kundalini Yoga became my anchor, providing me with the tools to navigate through burnout and rediscover my own needs as an individual.

Witnessing the incredible shifts and healing it brought to my life, I felt an overwhelming desire to share this gift with others. In 2021, I took the leap and became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. It is my heartfelt mission to guide and support others on their journey, helping them tap in to their own inner light and breathe in the magic of this transformative practice.
