What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful practice that combines movement, sound and breathwork to help us tap into the divine energy that resides within us. By utilizing the science of Kundalini Yoga, we establish a powerful connection with this energy, enabling us to live a life filled with joy, fulfillment, and positivity.

The term “kundalini” originates from Sanskrit and symbolizes a coiled snake, representing the dormant energy located at the base of our spine. Through the practice of movement and breath work, we have the incredible ability to awaken this kundalini energy, allowing it to ascend from the base of the spine, flow through our 7 chakras and ultimately expand outwards into our aura. This process aids us in connecting with our inner selves and removing any blockages that may hinder our personal growth. Kundalini yoga is often referred to as, the Yoga of Awareness, as it helps us establish a deep connection with our souls.

Regular practice of Kundalini yoga offers numerous benefits. It aids in balancing our glandular system, strengthening our nervous system, increasing lung capacity, and purifying our blood. These physical improvements not only enhance our overall well-being but also equip us with the resilience and strength to face the challenges of daily life.
